This website contains a brief description of how to plan and run a successful project I run training courses in Project Management. They take 2 days and are based on PRINCE2, though they are a simplified, more practical version. I believe that most managers who have to run the occasional project don’t have time to learn or even use PRINCE but they would still benefit hugely from managing their projects in a scientific way. I know from many of the 5000 people who I have trained in Managing Projects that using some simple techniques can make huge differences to their effectiveness at work, and also in reducing the stress levels involved in running projects!
